| Born 1943 in Milan, Italy. In 1969 he graduated in Architecture at the State University of Milan. In his professional career he focused on 3 main areas:- 1. He was "Designer and Build Manager of Office Buildings for Insurance- or for Multinational Computer Companies. 2. He was the project- coordinator for developing hospital- structures. 3. He was designer of sailboats. His aim was to turn to a "less refined" target of navigators. He was truly convinced that not only professionals, but anyone, sooner or later, should have the best sailing schools in the Mediterranean area use sailing boats born from his own projects. The most important success he had was the nomination for the "Compasso d' oro" (International Award for Design). This International award was the result for the creation of the so called "MELASTRIP PROJECT" "MELASTRIP PROJECT" is a small boat sailing through the equipment of windsurf. | The idea of "Park and Ride" was born 2 years ago in a restaurant. Generally birds cross the ocean. With "Park and Ride" birds can, crossing the ocean, rest in "Park and Ride", drink desalting water and taking off. This is the idea. For complex functionality of "Park and Ride" I need to use solar energy, though "Park and Ride" lives with solar energy, sea water and drinking water, using the solar energy to transform sea water into drinking water. In particular, this is the hull of "Park and Ride" and that is the ballast for maintaining "Park and Ride" in water. "Park and Ride", you will see, in water at this level, floating level. When the sea water goes inside, the hull filled... Using solar energy sea water will evaporate and during the process of transform condense evaporated water into drinking water. Now, I can transform the sea water into desalting water using the solar hot plate. That means using the solar energy I can evaporate sea water, I can transform this sea water into drinking water.
